Nandini Srivastav is a development practitioner and documentation specialist working at the intersection of research, institutional learning, and inclusive livelihoods. She most recently served as a Documentation Expert Consultant with Indian Grameen Services, supporting BRAC International’s Ultra Poor Graduation Initiative by translating field evidence into high-quality knowledge products and strengthening learning systems across programs. Her professional experience spans global communications, stakeholder engagement, and strategy. As Communications Consultant and International Liaison with The Performance Project, USA, she led leadership strategy, expanded international partnerships, and drove audience engagement, contributing to a 40 percent increase in program participation. She holds a Postgraduate Diploma from the Young India Fellowship at Ashoka University. She earned her BA Hons in Diaspora Development through Performance from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, US, with a minor in Economics. A TEDx speaker and recipient of the National Scholarship for
Kathak from the Ministry of Culture, Government of India, she brings an interdisciplinary lens to development practice, grounded in rigorous research and a commitment to advancing equitable systems.
