Kamalika Sinha

MIS Analyst

Kamalika brings over a decade of experience in the development sector to the Trickle Up team, specializing in monitoring and evaluation, impact assessment, MEL framework design, knowledge management, and end-to-end social research, including qualitative methods. Holding a master’s degree in economics with a specialization in econometrics from the University of Calcutta, she has a strong analytical foundation.

She has previously worked with Child in Need Institute and, more recently, Splash International. Driven by a passion for creating transformative impact, Kamalika is dedicated to delivering high-quality outcomes that foster meaningful, positive change for communities and individuals alike.
