Her leadership in these initiatives helped to strengthen the public health landscape, particularly for women and children.

In addition to her fieldwork, Chetna has designed and conducted training modules on child rights, life skills, and community health for a range of audiences, including police, media personnel, and local government stakeholders. Her content development experience aligns with her broader goal of fostering community resilience and protection through education and advocacy.

Chetna’s deep understanding of the public sector and her collaborative leadership style have enabled her to build strong partnerships with national and state governments, donors, and civil society organizations. She is adept at managing complex projects and aligning program goals with government strategies and donor priorities, ensuring effective program implementation and measurable impact.
