This is Anusua Mukherjee, have completed bachelors in Arts from Mahatma Gandhi University in 2017 and have also completed my post graduation degree from Great Lakes University in 2023.
Having over 6.9 years of experience as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner and HR Operations TL, I have a proven track record of successfully driving talent acquisition strategies across diverse sectors including IT, Manufacturing, BFSI, TTH, ITES, and ESU.
My experience encompasses the full recruitment lifecycle, employee lifecycle and management, from understanding workforce management (WFM) needs and developing targeted strategies to conducting both campus and off-campus drives for roles ranging from freshers to leadership positions. I am adept at panelist selection, nomination, and meticulous planning to ensure efficient and effective recruitment drives.
I have organised and coordinated inter city drives and also facilitated the same when required.
